"Skeeter"
Whelped: June 12, 2005
"Skeeter" was sold to the Miller family on 9-5-2005.

We looked high and we looked low, talked to many breeders, and almost bought a different pup, but God has shown us the way to the future and her name is Ariel's Liberty Carey. Our "Libby" is not only a joy but a personable, crazy, energetic pup who has given us the drive to do something special for her. We are currently looking into the different possibilities of obedience, agility, field/hunt and show. I hope to find a nitch for "us" so she can get out there and be "seen"; she is an awesome weim and represents the breed well. Thanks Ariels!

UPDATE 7-17-05:

Libby is really progressing well.  She has spent the majority of the last couple months running and hiking with me but we will soon start work for her retriever ratings and the October hunt test in northern Illinois.  We look forward to a busy but fun summer/fall.

We are very pleased with our two year old German Shorthair "Phoebe". She is very smart and

"Phoebe"
Whelped: 2-24-03
'Phoebe' was sold to the Polnik family on 4-27-03. We received this update on February 23, 2005. She has grown up into a beautiful dog!

Hoss had his first birthday yesterday and I just thought I would update you on him. He is absolutely wonderful. His trainer and anyother bird dog person that sees him comments on the great personality and confirmation he has. People have told us the difference in breeding Hunters vs Field trial dogs and we definatly have the desireable hunter breeding in ours. We are very happy with him. He did very well hunting this year especially since it was his first year. He loves to hunt and shows great promise. The vet said also that he is in perfect condition and health, about 51 pounds right now. Over all a great looking dog.

He has trained well and is very good with our small children. If you would like more information or pictures just let me know. Keep up the great breeding and thank you for our "Ariels Hunting Hoss"

"Hi Melissa and Jason, This article was in the Chicago Tribune on November 7th, 2004. We thought you might want a copy to show 'Chelsea' (Sassy's mom) :) Now we know why you named her 'Little' Chelsea. Sassy is 33 pounds and her name fits her perfectly! She's still a little peanut with a lot of attitude. We lover her to death! We can't believe that she will be 1 in a couple weeks. She's a great hunter and a wonderful companion. We love checking your website for all the latest photos and litters!"

"Ariels Sassy"
Whelped: 1-24-04
'Sassy' was sold to the Osel's on 3-19-04. We received a wonderful card with this newspaper article enclosed on January 21, 2005. It tells of how her hunt went at the local "state put and take hunt". I almost cried reading it!

Maggie is doing well. She is starting  to out grow the clumsiness and has learned how to climb stairs and jump on all furniture.  She has her own spot in our bed and is taking after our dachshund and loves to lay in front of the heat vents.  Good thing we have 2 in the living room.  The baby just loves watching her.  And the two puppies love to run and chase each other all through the house.  We have to remind Maggie that she is quite a bit bigger then Joey sometimes.  I will have to take some more recent pics and send them to you guys.  Our vet spoke very highly of you. Maggie is almost all the way potty trained.  Only a few accidents since we got her.  She loves to ring the bell if we are not running to let her out fast enough.  We cant wait till it gets nice so we can all run around the back yard and go for walks!
